30-Night Sleep Trial & Returns

We want you to love your sleep. That’s why we offer a 30-Night Sleep Trial on our signature pillows. We ask that you sleep on your new pillow for at least 14 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new alignment. If you still aren't satisfied after 14 nights, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. box must be sealed to be eligible.

Eligibility for Returns:

  Pillows: Must be in good condition, free of stains or odors.

  Apparel & Merch: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  
• 
  Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" or promotional "Free + Shipping" items cannot be returned.
  

How to Start a Return: To start a return, contact us at info@mellowsleep.us. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
