Certain products, such as the Mellow Sleep Orthopedic Pillow, are available exclusively online through the website. These products are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.
We offer a 30-Night Sleep Trial on our signature pillows. We recommend using the pillow for at least 14 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new cervical alignment. If you are not satisfied after this adjustment period, you may initiated a return within the 30-day window from the date of delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail provided at the time the order was made.
Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties.
